🧪 STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant – Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of Maths, Science, and Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4
Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group interventions
Assist students of varying academic abilities to achieve their potential
Work closely with experienced subject teachers to support lesson planning and delivery
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
🎓 STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant – What We're Looking For:
A degree in a STEM subject (e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths, Engineering, Computer Science)
A genuine interest in education and passion for your subject area
Previous experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, youth work) is desirable
Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
A proactive, patient, and resilient attitude
