RAC is looking for a commercially focused and insight-driven Finance Business Partner to join our fast-paced Operations Finance team. This is a high-impact role supporting the financial performance of our Roadside Operations – the engine that drives our exceptional service from call to attendance.
You’ll report to the Head of Commercial Finance for Roadside and work closely with operational and senior leadership teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key workstreams, provide strategic insight, and influence decisions that shape cost control, service delivery, and long-term performance.

- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with post-qualification experience
- Strong financial control, analytical, and modelling skills
- Experience in financial planning, reporting, and business partnering
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills
- Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Commercially focused with a continuous improvement mindset
