WRS are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with proven experience in the offshore renewables sector (Wind) to join our Offshore division. This is a chance to take ownership of a specialist desk in one of the fastest-growing global markets, connecting top technical talent with leading offshore wind projects.
Your Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Run a full 360 desk, balancing business development with delivery.
* Leverage your market knowledge to identify opportunities, win new business, and grow accounts.
* Build and manage a strong international network of offshore Wind professionals.
* Partner with clients to deliver workforce solutions across offshore construction, installation, and O&M projects.
* Drive revenue through consistent BD activity, ensuring a high standard of service and delivery.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you must bring:
* Proven recruitment experience in offshore renewables - Wind (applications outside the sector will not be considered).
* A strong track record running a 360 desk with both BD and delivery responsibilities.
* Established relationships within offshore wind, marine, or installation contractors.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial awareness, resilience, and the drive to succeed in a competitive market.
* The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
