Role responsibilities
The Business Support Manager - Customer & Communications will be responsible for providing the Executive Director of Customer and Communications with high-quality, confidential administrative and project support and will also be responsible for a variety of duties in support of the Customer and Communications team providing confidential technical, project and administrative support as required.
Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
1. Providing high-quality, confidential administrative support to the Executive Director of Customer & Communications
2. Coordinating Customer & Communications Directorate reports and presentations
3. Coordinating Customer & Communications periodic steering group meeting governance
4. Providing Project Admin Support to the Customer & Communications Team
Who we’re looking for
You’ll have:
5. A proven track record of providing excellent administrative, project and technical support to senior executives
6. Demonstrable experience of organisational and prioritisation skills within a high-pressured and changing environment
7. Proven advanced skills in Microsoft Office – specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
8. The ability to provide secretariat duties, including taking minutes and coordinating actions amongst attendees
9. Previous experience of managing sensitive and confidential material
Welsh Language Skills
The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
