Overview
A reputable and award-winning legal practice is seeking an experienced Residential Legal Assistant to join its busy Residential Property department. This role supports the delivery of a consistent, well-organised, and high-quality service to clients and works closely with senior members of the residential team.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage post-completion requirements including HMLR registrations and requisitions
* Prepare and submit Stamp Duty returns
* Liaise with estate agents, lenders, and borrowers
* Request redemption figures
* Assist with the preparation of sale contract packs
* Support reporting to clients and issuing contracts for signature
* Submit property searches
* Support the Head of Department in maintaining lender panel status
* Maintain accurate and well-organised case files
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all work
* Communicate professionally with clients and third parties
* Manage workload effectively within a busy residential team
Applicant Requirements
* Previous experience as a Legal Assistant within a residential property environment
* Experience supporting residential conveyancing matters
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Polished and professional telephone manner
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
