MedicsPro is currently recruiting for an experienced Oncology/Haematology Pharmacist to join a leading private hospital group across Maidstone and Bristol.
Role Overview: You’ll be responsible for delivering expert pharmaceutical care to oncology patients, supporting the safe and effective running of the pharmacy department, and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Key Duties Include:
* Clinical validation of prescriptions via Mosaiq
* Dispensing and procurement of SACT medicines
* Stock control and accurate charging
* Development of treatment protocols
* Participation in medicines management meetings
* Monitoring patient parameters and advising on therapy adjustments
* Liaising with RMOs, nursing, finance, and consultants
* Supporting outpatient clinics and advising on medication safety
Requirements:
* GPhC registered
* BSc Pharm or MPharm
* Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy (e.g. Clinical Diploma)
* Member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society
* Experience in oncology protocols and regimen development
Salary & Benefits:
* Up to £55,000 (DOE)
