About the Role
As Finance Manager – Housing, you will provide strategic financial leadership across our housing operations. You will be a key business partner to senior leaders, ensuring decisions are supported by robust financial analysis and insight. Managing a dedicated finance team, you will drive performance, efficiency, and compliance, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted business partner, providing financial insight and challenge to support decision-making.
* Lead, motivate and develop the finance team to achieve organisational objectives.
* Oversee cost accounting and component accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Deliver high-quality financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
* Ensure financial management within a highly regulated environment meets audit, legal, and sector requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and controls.

What is on Offer
