What You’ll Be Doing
As aRegistered Nurse, you will:
🩺 Assess, plan and deliver outstanding nursing care
📋 Develop and review person-centred care plans
💊 Safely administer and record medication (in line with NMC guidelines)
ðŸ‘©âš•ï¸ Support and mentor care team colleagues
🤠Work closely with families and multi-disciplinary professionals
📠Maintain accurate clinical documentation
🎓 Complete mandatory training and stay professionally up to date
You’ll practice with integrity, safeguarding residents and promoting dignity at all times.
