An exceptional opportunity to join an award-winning, dynamic law firm specialising in Personal, Serious, and Catastrophic Injury. As the firm’s Industrial Disease team expands, they are seeking a solicitor to manage a caseload focused on Hand Arm Vibration, Short Tail, and Noise-Induced Hearing Loss claims.
You’ll handle complex disease cases, including reviewing and drafting documentation, investigating quantum and liability, and navigating the litigation process.

The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with experience in occupational disease litigation
* Solid understanding of the litigation process
* Strong academic background
* Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritise, and manage a diverse caseload
* Effective working independently and collaboratively
* Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills
