As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in understanding, managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met while fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to our continued success.
What we’re looking for
* A graduate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant UK work experience post-graduation, ideally in account management, client services, or a related role within the creative or design sector.
* Proven expertise in managing client relationships, with the ability and confidence to build trust, credibility, and rapport at all levels.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills, enabling you to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.
* Experience in managing creative projects including brand building, brand communications, web design and delivery and digital marketing.
* A strategic thinker who can identify client needs, align them with our creative services, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is committed to delivering excellence.
* An interest in exploring how we can work together more sustainably and responsibly.
What you’ll do
* Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients for all their creative needs, ensuring clear, effective communication that builds strong relationships through mutual respect.
* Work closely with internal creative teams to deliver the best possible client outcomes, on time and within budget.
* Proactively and strategically identify opportunities to grow client accounts, introducing new services and solutions to drive mutual success.
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
* Represent WDC with professionalism, creativity, and a client-focused approach that reflects our values.
