Youll join a collaborative team pricing mechanical building services packages typically valued between £50k and £2m. Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for mechanical building services projects Review drawings and specifications, carry out detailed take-offs, and obtain supplier quotations Assist in tender submissions and bid documentation Liaise with suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams Support value-engineering and cost-optimisation initiatives Skills & Experience:
Background within mechanical building services, ideally in estimating, quantity surveying, or project management Strong technical understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building services systems Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness Confident communicator with both suppliers and internal teams Remuneration Package
Mechanical Estimator
Salary: £50,000
