Experience using an ATS Understanding of recruitment compliance (right to work, references, employment law) Right to work in the UK (Full time) Confident with meeting new people, with the ability to quickly build positive relationships Strong attention to detail and organisation skills Your Role as a Recruitment Officer Contacting applicants in a friendly and prompt manor Scheduling and conducting interviews for our domiciliary care positions Guiding the candidates through our compliance processes Conducting right to work checks Managing our applicant tracking system Working collaboratively with other departments in the branch Representing Home Carers at recruitment events across the region Maintaining our high standard of compliance for our new starters If you’re passionate about helping others and want to join a supportive team, apply today!
