Van Driver
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Van Drivers to join our well-established client based in Middleton, Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent pay rates, a great working environment, and the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
Shifts: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – Start times between 01:00am and 03:00am
Rates of Pay: £12.75 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
As a Van Driver, your duties will include (but not be limited to):
* Completing customer deliveries in a timely and safe manner
* Carrying out approximately 6 to 10 drops per shift
* Delivering products to business properties and customer premises
* Ensuring all deliveries are made accurately and on time
* Providing excellent customer service throughout each delivery
* Adhering to all Health and Safety and road safety guidelines
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Van Driver, you will need:
* A valid UK Category B Driving Licence
* A minimum of 12 months’ experience driving 3.5T vehicles
* No more than six penalty points (minor offences only – no IN10, DR10, DD10)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Previous multi-drop delivery experience
Desirable Experience:
* Over 12 months’ multi-drop delivery experience
* Experience working in a fast-paced delivery environment
Training Provided:
* Assessment must be completed prior to starting work
* Full industry-related training and ongoing support provided throughout your employment
