Lime Wood is a 33-bedroom boutique country house set in the heart of the New Forest National Park. It is laid-back 5* luxury at its best, with Chefs Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder at the helm of the kitchen and a wellness spa within the grounds.

About the role:
Working with a team of 5, you will be playing a vital role with the preparation and execution of all pastry and desserts available to our guests.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Working within the pastry section, liaising with the Sous & Head Chef ensuring an efficient service.
* Prepare ingredients and maintain all workspaces, ensuring compliant handling of all baking and other kitchen equipment.
* Follow recipes and assist with the development of new menu offerings. Be creative and express ideas.
* Monitor the pastry section stock, ensuring all ingredients and equipment required is readily available.
* Adhere to health and safety protocols. Including excellent knowledge of food handling and hygiene.
* Supporting the development of Chef Apprentices and junior staff.
About you:
Experience as a Pastry Chef is essential, along with the drive and confidence to work as part of a fast and efficient team.
Passion to work with quality ingredients and always deliver on guest satisfaction is essential.
