This is an office-based role in Long Eaton, with commutable locations including Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Coalville, Loughborough, Castle Donington, Mansfield, Newark-on-Trent, Grantham, Melton Mowbray.
Job Description
Reporting to our Managing Director, as a Customer Service Executive, you'll support the business by resolving customer issues, ensuring timely processing of orders, and issuing acknowledgements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Action and resolve service complaints
* Respond to sales and delivery queries
* Process customer and service orders
* Appoint third-party repair companies
* Process swatch requests
* Negotiate allowances and goodwill gestures
* Manage stock levels of service parts
* Update spreadsheets and databases
* Provide feedback on service trends
Person Specification
Experience in furniture, fabrics, or textiles industries is a bonus but not essential. Exposure to manufacturing or international supply chains is advantageous. We value candidates from various customer service backgrounds, focusing on the right fit for our team.
