Office Admin/Parts Assistant
Based in Basingstoke, Kyoeisha UK (Baroness) are the UK subsidiary of a Japanese company which makes and sells market leading machinery for the golf industry.
Due to expansion, we are seeking a full-time Assistant to join our team to assist with the day-to-day running of our busy warehouse/Office departments, full training would be provided to a suitable candidate.
Hours: 37.5 per week – Monday to Friday
Salary: Dependent on experience
Holiday: Up to 25 days per year plus bank holidays after qualifying period
Pension: Payment contributions
The Role Will Include
* Processing customers’ orders
* Processing orders on Sage
* Picking, packing and dispatching goods
* Answering customer questions by email and telephone
* Liaising with carriers
* Stores management and stock control
* Keeping a clean, tidy and safe environment
Requirements For The Role
* Enthusiastic with a good work ethic
* Able to work on own initiative
* Good organizational skills
* Good communication skills
* Confident IT skills
* Some lifting and carrying is required
* Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
