Our client is the most recognisable name in their industry and now looking for a maintenance engineer to join their business. They have a reputation for investing in their engineers, through training courses and structured development plans.
Role & Responsibilities:
Following PPM schedule and reacting to breakdowns
Assisting with continuous improvement and machinery upgrade projects
Responsibility for ensuring all production machinery and factory equipment is maintained to reduce downtime
Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Ability to problem solve and implement corrective actions
BTEC Level 3 in Engineering or higher
Experience as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing environment or in a similar role
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
Electrical and Mechanical fault-finding skills
