Duties

* Support catering events by preparing food items according to specific menus and presentation standards.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the kitchen.
* Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and assisting in ordering supplies when necessary.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
* Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Experience
* Previous experience in a catering or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
* Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills is advantageous.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a clean kitchen environment is desirable.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
