* Monthly multi‑disciplinary team meeting

Key Responsibilities
* Chronic disease management
* Cervical smear tests
* Immunisation administration for adults and children
* Travel vaccine administration and advice
* Health promotion
* Provide holistic advice for travel health (vaccinations, medicines, safe sex, food hygiene, sun protection)
* Offer advice on childhood and adult vaccinations, ensuring administration under patient group directions
* Run well person clinics and health promotion programmes (lifestyle advice on diet, smoking, alcohol intake and exercise)
* Assess opportunistic patient problems and manage minor illness
* Document consultations according to NMC guidelines
* Apply statutory and local clinical protection procedures, including referral systems; recognise signs of child abuse
* Perform holistic assessment for cervical cytology smear tests
* Recognise and manage anaphylaxis and perform cardiac‑pulmonary resuscitation per UK guidelines
* Obtain and document informed consent (verbal or written)
* Maintain infection control guidelines
* Monitor and manage stock and equipment (refrigeration, steriliser, emergency equipment)
* Preserve confidentiality of information
* Contribute to service needs assessment and practice development plan
* Assist patients in identifying health needs and organising individual consultations
* Attend staff and multi‑disciplinary meetings
* Support practice clinical governance agenda
* Identify changes to clinical practice to implement evidence‑based guidelines
* Identify personal development and training needs with manager
* Participate in clinical supervision and continuing education
* Maintain good industrial relations
* Ensure safety of self and others and comply with statutory regulations, policies, codes of practice and department safety rules
* Facilitate learning environment and innovative working approaches
* Respect patient privacy and confidentiality in all interactions
* Handle confidential information relating to patients, carers, staff and the business with strict confidentiality
Qualifications and Experience
* GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths
* Registered first level nurse
* Clinical supervision training and experience
* Current UK professional registration
Employment Details
* Contract: Permanent
* Working pattern: Part‑time, flexible working (24 hours per week)
* Salary: Depends on experience
