Senior Bid Manager - Communications & Managed Services Base pay range: £50,000 Basic Salary plus bonus. Home-based with some travel across the UK. Our Client is a Communications & Managed Service Provider delivering services to Enterprise & Government Customers across the UK. This role focuses on bid management and contract management for the New Business & Account Management sales teams across the UK. Responsibilities
Project manage tender responses to win prestigious accounts from initial request through to contract delivery. Attend meetings with customers and represent the team on projects. Respond to national tenders and prepare submissions; maintain accurate records and reporting. Engage in legal negotiations as required and coordinate with virtual team members at all levels of the business. Work within a highly pressured environment, often under tight deadlines, while managing the end-to-end bid process. Coordinate with colleagues across the organisation to support bid development and delivery. Qualifications
At least 3 years' experience as a Tender or Bid Manager, with the ability to work with minimal supervision. High levels of literacy and numeracy; ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Strong influencing skills, diplomacy, and good knowledge of spreadsheets and presentation software. Experience supporting a busy team of Account Managers and a good understanding of the Communications marketplace is desirable. How to apply
