An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative business as a key leader in the Finance function. This position involves overseeing AP and AR operations (B2C and B2B), driving continuous process improvements, and contributing to an ongoing finance transformation project. The successful candidate will lead high-performing teams, optimise financial operations, and deliver strategic improvements that create measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Development
* Lead and inspire AP and AR teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Develop talent, support upskilling, and maintain high levels of engagement and performance.
Financial Operations & Controls
* Take full ownership of end-to-end financial transaction processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain a strong control environment across all transactional activities.
* Manage short-term cashflow forecasting, providing accurate and timely insights.
Process & System Expertise
* Act as subject matter expert on payment processes and data flow from the reservations platform into the ERP.
* Identify and implement improvements, from incremental efficiencies to strategic initiatives.
* Drive enhancements in payment practices performance.
