The Role
As an Azure Integration Developer, you’ll design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade integration solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies. This is a hands-on development role where you’ll focus on writing clean, scalable code and configuring cloud services to deliver secure, high-performing integrations across ERP, HR, Payroll, and Field Services systems.
You’ll collaborate with architects and stakeholders—but your primary focus will be technical implementation and delivery.
What You’ll Do
* Develop integration solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps Standard, and event-driven architectures (Service Bus, Event Grid)
* Build integrations with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB
* Develop and maintain Workday integrations for HR, Recruitment, and Payroll
* Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub
* Automate workflows with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and REST APIs
* Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise integration workflows for performance and reliability
* Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to design sessions
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
* 3–5 years’ hands-on experience building Azure integration solutions
* Strong development skills with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and event-driven patterns
* Proven experience integrating Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Azure databases
* Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipeline development
* Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI, REST APIs)
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Desirable:
* Experience with Workday integrations or Power Platform (Power Automate, custom connectors)
* Practical experience with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and other Azure data services
* Microsoft certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400, ITIL Foundation)
* Familiarity with Application Insights, KQL, and security best practices
* Exposure to multi-cloud environments or containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
