Join to apply for the Deputy Head of Design & Delivery role at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity to support two world-leading institutions that prioritize technology and digital capabilities for clinical excellence and research.
In 2021, GOSH and The Royal Marsden formed the Connect Partnership, a joint digital transformation initiative with a shared Epic electronic patient record (EPR). This collaboration enhances patient care, research, and education through new workflows and richer data, managed by a unified Connect Team from both Trusts.
We seek two experienced Deputy Heads of Design and Delivery to lead key areas of our digital transformation across both Trusts. One will oversee Outpatients and Patient Access, the other Oncology, Research, and Pharmacy, working closely with configuration managers to manage daily operations.
The post-holders will lead the development of their respective Epic system areas, prioritizing projects aligned with strategic goals. They will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver new functionalities, support upgrades, and maximize digital tool benefits for measurable outcomes.
If you are passionate about digital transformation and improving patient care, we want to hear from you.
