Managing a 2-surgery Specialist Orthodontic Practice with a longstanding and well-established team of specialists. The practice offers NHS and Private Orthodontic work, including fixed braces, Clear Aligners, Ceramic Braces, as well as Teeth Whitening, with the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further. Located close to the town centre in Bridgend, with easy access to local transport routes and nearby on-road parking.

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you'll be:
* Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
* Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
* Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
* Interpreting financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make commercial decisions
