I'm sourcing for a Nacelle Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Supervisor to lead the pre-assembly of nacelle components at my client's onshore site. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee mechanical and electrical work, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency as we prepare for offshore installation. Location: Onshore Pre-Assembly Site, County Durham, UK
Shifts: 12-hour Days/Nights - (Rotation: 14 days on / 14 days off)
Rate: OUTSIDE IR35
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily M&E assembly activities
Enforce HSE compliance and quality standards
Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and logistics teams
Report progress and support site planning
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in M&E supervision (wind industry or heavy industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of HSE practices
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a rotation-based schedule
