We are currently recruiting for a Residential Support Worker on a temp-to-perm basis for a well-established therapeutic childrens home in Chatham, Kent.
This role offers the opportunity to work through the agency for 12 weeks, before moving onto a permanent contract with the service, allowing both you and the provider to ensure the role is the right long-term fit.
About the Service
* 8-bedded therapeutic childrens home
* Supports children aged 510 years with EBD and complex trauma
* Children typically remain in placement for 23 years, allowing for consistent, meaningful care
The Role
* 40 hours per week
* 2 long day shifts and 3 short day shifts per week
* Supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs in a therapeutic setting
* Working closely with a stable and supportive team
* Maintaining consistency, structure and positive routines
