Discovery are currently looking for Support Workers to support 5 gentlemen who live in their own home to live their lives independently, actively and full of adventure!
It is very important to the gentleman that the people who will be supporting them are interested in similar things, some of the ways they like to spend their days are, taking walks around National Trust spaces, trips to the pub! Rock music and sports!! As well as popping to the coffee shop or heading through the drive thru!
Your role will also involve promoting their independence assisting with general housekeeping duties, personal care, medication and finance management.
These gentlemen benefit from proactive and active support for everyday tasks so we are looking for people who like to plan ahead and look at new exciting opportunities to try.
