We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Consultant to join our team to cover offices across the Essex region and support multiple sales teams whilst generating business in one of our many locations. This role would suit someone that enjoys the flexibility of moving between offices and adaptable to learning multiple property market locations. Duties (including but not limited to): Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships. Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process. Sales progression Depending on experience and or training you may also undertake valuations and listings Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also. Essential Requirements: Full UK Driving License Self motivated and target driven Previous sales experience is essential Previous experience in a fast paced customer focused environment is essential Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly Excellent communication skills. Desirable: Experience in valuations and listings is desirable but not essential as training will be provided Salary & Benefits We offer competitive rates of pay with great OTE potential earning, plus company car / car allowance and other benefits. The salary for this role is circa £35,000 to £37,500 OTE per annum.
