The Role
As an Client Success Manager, you will execute and optimize retail media campaigns for a portfolio of high-profile global brands, with a primary focus on Amazon Ads. You will play a hands-on role in driving campaign performance and delivering measurable results.
* Build, launch, and optimize retail media campaigns, primarily on Amazon Ads; knowledge of other marketplaces is a plus
* Monitor campaign performance and use digital marketing analytics to make actionable recommendations
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand objectives, deliver results, and report on KPIs
* Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales across marketplaces
Desired Skills & Requirements
* Proven experience in Retail Media or Commerce Media, ideally executing campaigns for high-value global brands
* Strong expertise in Amazon Ads; additional marketplace experience advantageous
* Comfortable working directly with clients and internal teams to execute campaigns and deliver results
* Data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to interpret campaign metrics to make performance improvements
* Must be a German speaker, with experience using German in professional settings
