We are currently seeking a proative and dedicated Raw Materials Operator for our technical department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manufacture of Uniblend 8020 ensuring it meets specific quality standards, offloading and loading bulk chemical raw materials, organisation of other raw materials and final product Quality testing Involved in continuous improvement, quality and health, safety & welfare. Whist promoting Unilin’s core values of passion, entrepreneurship, excellence and respect. This will be days shift to support both teams, working Mon - Fri.

• Experience in Stock management processes
• Forklift Licence Essential, training will be provided
Key Tasks and Duties:
• Work within the ethos and standards of the company
• Responsible for production of Uniblend 8020 material on site as well as testing and ensuring it meets required specifications
• Connection, offload, Loading, paperwork and Goods Receipt of bulk tankers
• Offload, safe storage, paperwork, Goods Receipt and labelling of IBC’s and coils
• Aid production line with lab related activities, including but not exclusively: Blending MDI, replacing and staging chemical IBCs, transferring bulk chemicals
• As required dealing with external hauliers to arrange delivery schedule
• Daily sample cutting, testing and input of results on system
• Calibration of pumps and lab equipment and input of results on system
• Assist with lab TPM such as filter cleaning and pump room checks
• Assist with maintaining accurate stock levels in EWM both weekly and at end of month
• Maintain good housekeeping in lab, pump room, tank farm and coil storage area
• Undertake flexible working hours to meet deadlines
• Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by management
