Salary

Salary - up to £42,000 per annum, 10% bonus & pension
1. Based in Stockport with hybrid working
2. Reporting to Head of Reward & Benefits

At Stagecoach, our people keep the country moving. We are looking for a Pensions & Reward Partner to support the management and continuous improvement of our pensions, death benefits, and reward arrangements across the business. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to ensure our reward offering delivers excellent service to colleagues while supporting our wider People and Reward strategy.

What you’ll be doing

4. Manage Stagecoach pensions, death benefits, and reward arrangements on a day-to-day basis
5. Oversee relationships with pensions and reward suppliers and advisers, ensuring high levels of service and value for money
6. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external queries relating to pensions, death benefits and reward
7. Support pensions governance and stakeholder forums, working with Pension Representatives and preparing materials for meetings
8. Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement with pensions, benefits, and reward
9. Produce analysis and reporting relating to pensions, death benefits, and reward arrangements
10. Support the Reward team in delivering the wider reward strategy

What we’re looking for

11. Experience working with pensions, benefits, or reward programmes
12. Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
13. Ability to provide clear advice and support on pensions and reward queries
14. Experience producing analysis and reporting
15. A collaborative approach and interest in improving employee experience
