About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced and proactive Installation Manager to lead and develop our team of installers, who deliver and fit domestic appliances in customers' homes. This is a critical role that ensures our installations are carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and support a team of appliance installers and delivery personnel.
* Oversee the day-to-day coordination of installation schedules, ensuring timely and professional service.
* Provide ongoing training and development to ensure the team maintains high standards of technical ability, safety, and customer service.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and support improvement plans where necessary.
* Ensure all installations comply with health & safety regulations and company policies.
* Act as a key point of contact for escalations and problem-solving on-site and remotely.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a similar role – ideally within home appliance installation, logistics, or field services.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* A solid understanding of health & safety compliance and installation standards.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Full UK driving licence (or equivalent).
