Field Sales Representative (AFH)
Location: Merseyside (within 20 miles of Liverpool)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,221 per annum, plus bonus up to £8,000 (OTE)
About Your Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities. You will become an expert in the soft drinks category, promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives. Customers will include independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Passion for Liverpool and/or the wider Merseyside area.
* Results‑driven work experience with a passion for selling and working to targets.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with diverse daily interactions.
* Confidence in networking and being a self‑starter.
* Experience with digital tools such as Apple‑based apps and Salesforce/CRM systems.
* Flexibility to work hours that may require early starts and occasional evening work.
Preferential but not essential:
* Knowledge of working in licensed trade (pub/bar/restaurant), either selling into accounts or within outlets.
* Experience working with Retail (grocery/wholesale or independent retail) outlets.
* Evidence of working to KPIs.
* Ability to communicate in more than one language.
