Compliance Business Systems Manager

A leading international law firm is seeking a Compliance Business Systems Lead to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of its global compliance technology estate, including the Intapp platform.
This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring compliance systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with regulatory requirements across conflicts, AML, sanctions, and financial crime. You will act as the technical lead on key compliance projects, translate regulatory obligations into system enhancements, and drive continuous platform improvement.
The role includes line management of a small team of developers and analysts, alongside close collaboration with Compliance, IT, Regulatory Operations, and senior stakeholders.
Key experience required:
* Strong background in compliance systems within a law firm or financial services environment
* Experience with Intapp (Intake, Conflicts, Terms, Walls desirable)
* Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage system roadmaps
* Experience translating regulatory and business requirements into technical solutions
* Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, Power Platform) advantageous
