This is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract with attendance at our head office in Widnes at least once a week so the ideal candidate will be based within an hours commute of Widnes. Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
In this varied role, you will:
You’ll be at the heart of our Learning and Development function, ensuring activities are administered accurately and professionally. Your key responsibilities will include:
7. Managing Learning and Development communication channels and acting as first‑line support for queries
8. Providing administration support for our Learning Management System (LMS)
9. Administering leadership and management development activity
10. Maintaining accurate supplier records and ensure efficient processing of all financial documentation.
11. Supporting the administration of Qualification and Apprenticeship programmes
12. Ensuring accurate record keeping and high‑quality documentation at all times

13. Customer service experience
14. Strong IT skills, particularly in Outlook, Word and Excel
15. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
16. A professional, approachable and customer‑focused attitude
Desirable
17. Experience using a Learning Management System (though full training will be provided)

18. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

You’ll either already hold, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 Business Administration qualification.
