Position: Third Line IT Support Engineer Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with 1st and 2nd line support engineers to address technical queries from customers. Migrate acquisitions on Premises Servers, M365 to M365 Tenants: SharePoint and Windows AAD Device Joining. Post Migration user support. Work collaboratively with 3rd parties to resolve technical issues promptly. Perform installations, configurations, and updates for hardware and software systems as needed. M365 auditing, licensing, admin: Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot & Conditional Access Policies Assist in IT service desk operations, adhering to internal standards and protocols. Create and maintain comprehensive troubleshooting documentation for reference. Administer Office 365 services, including Exchange, Azure AD, and SharePoint. Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies: Essential: Proficient in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory management. Troubleshooting expertise in MS Office 365 and MS Windows 11 environments. Solid understanding of networking protocols such as DNS and DHCP. Strong IT hardware/software knowledge and proficient PC skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to swiftly identify and escalate IT systems issues/outages as required. Effective time and workload management capabilities. Professional demeanor under pressure. Ability to cultivate and maintain productive relationships with colleagues, clients, and third parties. Familiarity with SharePoint and site security. Desirable: Familiarity with Mac OS systems. Previous experience in Help Desk or Service Desk roles. Flexibility and willingness to work outside standard office hours. Knowledge of relevant IT-related procedures and policies. Accredited qualification in IT or equivalent demonstrable experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate & MS Forms. Experience or knowledge of SQL Databases.
