We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Facilities Team Leader to join a busy and fast-paced environment, leading a small team of 4 to deliver both planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse site. The Role: As the Engineering Facilities Team Leader, you'll take ownership of daily facilities operations, ensuring all activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to high standards. Working closely with the Facilities Planner, you'll manage contractor activity, coordinate scheduled maintenance, and make sure all compliance and health & safety standards are met.
