The working hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.

The Job Role Details:
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our sales operation - bridging the gap between customers, our sales team, and our product experts. As Internal Technical Sales Support you'll handle technical enquiries, provide product recommendations, and ensure our customers get exactly what they need to keep their machines running at their best.
Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to incoming customer queries via phone and email, offering accurate technical advice on agricultural machinery parts.
* Support the external sales team with quotations, product sourcing, and order processing.
* Liaise with suppliers to obtain up-to-date technical and pricing information.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
* Proactively build product knowledge to provide exceptional service.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
* An understanding of agricultural machinery or mechanical components.
* Living within 25 miles of the office.
* Good IT skills and a confident communicator.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in a similar role, or in the agricultural parts sector, is a strong advantage.
