Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum OTE £45-£50k

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the Workchain Careers industry
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for available positions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Providing advice and guidance to clients on recruitment best practices
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure a competitive advantage
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a recruitment role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in recruitment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools/software
