Day to Day Duties
As a Production Team Leader, you will:
1. Oversee and lead the daily operations of the production lines, ensuring targets for health, safety, quality, and output are met
2. Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on the shop floor
3. Assist with production planning and coordinate the team to meet production schedules
4. Provide hands-on support on the production lines, including stepping in as a backup operator when necessary
5. Train and develop staff on production line processes and procedures
6. Work closely with the engineering team to assist in machine repairs and maintenance as needed
7. Ensure that all team members are fully trained and capable of meeting production demands
