We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Maintenance Scheduler, for this temporary remote position. In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient scheduling of responsive repairs, voids, and gas services. You will help ensure a smooth and customer-focused service delivery, working closely with Operatives, Engineers, Supervisors and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Scheduler:
1. Raise, allocate, monitor and control workflows for responsive, void, and gas works to ensure timely and effective delivery
2. Manage Operative and Engineer diaries to minimise downtime and maintain accurate, real-time data throughout the day
3. Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve queries, ensure updates are shared, and escalate issues where necessary
4. Monitor and support compliance with health and safety standards, service KPIs and ensure financial and data accuracy
Requirements for the Maintenance Scheduler position:
5. Proven experience in a planning, scheduling, or coordination role within repairs, maintenance, or housing services
6. Strong IT skills with the ability to use repair management and scheduling systems confidently
7. Excellent communication and organisational skills with a high attention to detail
8. Ability to work remotely while managing competing priorities and delivering exceptional customer service
