Responsibilities as the Retail Manager
* Leading and inspiring the retail teams across the hotels multiple high-end outlets
* Ensuring all retail areas are commercially effective and visually impeccable
* Managing stock levels, product selection, and seasonal planning
* Supporting the teams training, motivation, and performance
* Collaborating with senior leadership to align retail with the wider guest experience
