The Role
* Supporting clients in all aspects of daily life, including meal preparation, medication prompts, and domestic support
* Assisting with personal care
* Accompanying clients on outings and offering companionship
* Encouraging clients to participate in planning and providing their care
* Recording and reporting daily visit information
