The Head of IT will take the lead on shaping and executing the company's technology roadmap, with a core focus on digital transformation, infrastructure resilience, system integration, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement the organisation's long-term IT and digital strategy.
* Lead the delivery of technology initiatives that improve efficiency, resilience, and user experience.
* Introduce automation and data-led approaches to support smarter decision-making.
* Manage internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless technology operations.
* Oversee IT budgets, licensing, and procurement processes.
* Ensure infrastructure and systems remain secure, compliant, and scalable.
* Develop and test robust disaster recovery and cyber security frameworks.
* Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all aspects of IT and digital development.
