Technical Pre-Sales Consultant - Contact Centre and AI for Customer Experience.
Work from Home, but must be in the UK and able to attend a weekly meeting in London
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business and Technical Pre-Sales Consultant with a focus on Contact Centre and AI-driven solutions for Customer Experience (CX). This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored contact centre solutions using AI technologies for improving customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Contact Centre technology and a good understanding of how AI can add value to customer interactions. They will bridge the gap between our technical teams and business stakeholders, demonstrating the value of AI in transforming customer service, engagement, and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include: -
Pre-Sales Engagement:
Understand clients CX challenges and identify how CCaaS and AI solutions can meet their business goals.
Develop and present tailored demonstrations and proof of concepts etc.
Create proposal including ROI analysis etc.
Technical Expertise:
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Design scalable technical architectures for Contact Centre and AI based customer service.
Maintain knowledge of contact centre and AI trends and tools.
Ensure smooth handovers from pre-sales to implementation teams.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies related to customer experience (chatbots, NLP, sentiment analysis, etc.)
Experience with Contact Centre / CX platforms and their integration with AI.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data management systems (CRM, ERP)
Min 2 years in a pre-sales or solution consulting role with a focus on AI, CX, or SaaS.
A strong understanding of the customer journey (CX metrics, customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty)
This is fully remote, home-based role offering: -
OYTE Salary range: to £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
