Role Description:
Property Sales/Lettings Consultants handle the purchase, sale, and letting of residential properties. Responsibilities include:
1. Gathering property information and coordinating marketing materials.
2. Staying informed about Dubai's residential property regulations.
3. Conducting property valuations and viewings.
4. Negotiating with clients from viewing to offer stage.
5. Monitoring ongoing sales and lets with support from our teams.
6. Following up with clients post-viewing.
7. Keeping abreast of local market trends.
8. Generating new business through networking and database outreach.
About You:
* Sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Presentable, honest, and professional.
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Fluency in a second language is a plus.
* Smart business attire required.
* Must be punctual, professional, and contribute to team development.
* UK/UAE driving license required.
