The Role:
* Manage multiple concurrent projects, from small updates to major product launches.
* Oversee rebranding, packaging, and in-store testing.
* Deliver private label projects in collaboration with key customers.
* Prioritise projects and influence business stakeholders to achieve results.
* Negotiate with suppliers and settle internal challenges to keep delivery on track.
* Lead and develop a team, raising capability and strengthening skills.
About You:
* Strong NPD project management experience within FMCG
* Proven ability to manage multiple, fast-moving projects.
* Confident in supplier and customer negotiations, including private label work.
* Highly organised, detail-driven, and solutions-focused.
* Previous people leadership experience with ambition to grow further.
* ERP knowledge
* Thrives in an SME environment where you can wear many hats.
