The Opportunity
We are working with a large, complex organisation undergoing significant transformation across its people, operating model and organisational capability agenda. As part of this growth, we are seeking ambitious and motivated People & Change professionals to join a high-performing internal transformation team.
This is a broad, delivery-focused role offering exposure to strategic and operational change initiatives across multiple sectors. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, lead defined workstreams, and contribute to shaping how organisations design, develop and support their people through change.
The role offers genuine autonomy, progression and the opportunity to lead challenging, high-impact projects while building a long-term and sustainable career within a growing function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and support people and change initiatives from project initiation through to delivery and close
2. Engage and manage senior stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of change programmes
3. Work directly with organisations to design and implement change management solutions
