Ensure high levels of system availability, performance and resilience. Lead cybersecurity measures including MFA, endpoint protection, patch management and vulnerability remediation. Maintain and test backup and disaster recovery processes. Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support and act as the main escalation point for infrastructure issues. Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune and Exchange Online. Maintain Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP. Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, VLANs and Wi-Fi connectivity. Support and optimise ERP/MRP systems and related manufacturing integrations. Manage third-party IT providers, licensing and hardware procurement. Lead and deliver IT projects such as migrations, network refreshes and system upgrades. Maintain accurate IT documentation including asset registers, network diagrams and policies. Support and train users while promoting structured ticketing and digital best practice.
