Department Manager | Fashion Retail | Camberley | up to £29k plus Bonus and Benefits
We are recruiting a strong Department Manager to join a fast paced, high volume fashion retail environment in Camberley. This is a high energy role for someone who enjoys leading from the front, setting the tempo on the shop floor, and building a motivated, engaged team.

Working closely with the wider management team, you will be responsible for leading your department through presence, pace, and clear direction.
What You Will Do
* Lead the department confidently on the shop floor, setting the tone for service and performance
* Drive sales through strong commercial awareness and focus on results
* Coach, develop, and inspire your team to deliver consistent, high quality service
* Maintain excellent visual, operational, and commercial standards
* Run daily team briefings to keep the team aligned, motivated, and focused
What We Are Looking For
You will be passionate about people and performance and comfortable leading teams in a high volume retail environment. This role would suit an experienced Department Manager or a Floor Manager or Senior Supervisor ready to step up.
